What should i do b.tech and m.tech integrated course or sperately???

The preferable would be to do it separately as is the general norm still in India. In this case you may even change your college for M.Tech and can try for IIT, but you need to give an exam in between for M.Tech. But still I think doing separately is preferable Harish.
