What should I do before MBA?

Hi, If your aim is to do MBA, it will be beneficial to take up some technical qualification in your graduation. The technical skills along with management skills make a great combo. There are quite a few great options like B.Tech + MBA integrated programme ! Or if you don't want to go technical then BBA+MBA integrated programme! These not only make you industry ready but also save one precious year thus improving your ROI. The two points to keep in mind are: 1. Choose you graduation programme as per your interests. Aptitude, habits, personality, analytical skills and aspirations. 2. Choose your college diligently, look if the curriculum, teaching pedagogy, technology trainings, projects, industry interface and placements are good or not. Per my opinion few great colleges for MBA are: Iims, ISB, Greatlakes, SIBM, XLRI, FMS Delhi, IBS and LPU etc. Hope this helps DVD.

If you have already decided to go for MBA, then I will suggest you to go for your Bachelors by doing BBA. BBA will give you a base as you will be doing management. Hi Saezy, If you want to do MBA, So there is not necessary to have a specific stream. You should choose any stream before pursuing an MBA. Select a graduation degree as per your interest. Graduation degree which you can select are: B.A. B.Com B.E, B.A. B.Sc. If you will go for the BBA course than it will be a more good option for you, rather than choosing any other Bachelor degree course. You will feel quite familiar with the MBA course. You can easily excel in future if you go for the BBA course now.
