First of all, do not panic, it happens do not focus on what you have done so far, just focus on your present, There is no set rules for a successful career but a list of things you can do that successful people used to do
Wake up early in the morning
Go for a walk or do some exercises
study your subjects, in the morning your concentration will be high so u would be able to study
if u want to do something for your family financially so just focus on your studies. U can also prepare for banking, railway and other government exams. Be confident, focused and persistent in your studies
And success will be your
