Becoming a Professor doesn't come through a degree alone. One needs to fulfill the criteria of the University where he is working. If you mean that you want to be a College/Higher Education Faculty, then you need to clear UGC NET in that Subject. You appear in NET Exam for the Subject you studied in

I think so. DIET give JBT courses admissions and Elementary Education might be offered there. Please confirm from the respective DIET.
