What should I do for better career prospects: M.Sc in chemistry or M.tech in computer science?

I have done B.tech in computer science and I am teaching chemistry in high school for 2 years. I want to be in same field (teaching chemistry), but recently i am getting insecure about my future in this field.

Since you have a B Tech, you may appear for GATE examinations and try to pursue an M Tech Programme. To do an MSc in Chemistry, in general eligibility criteria can be a BSc in Chemistry as mains/subsidiary.
