Marketing is the only field which require true skills it is job of only diplomatic and intelligent people , the only field which you can use your all skill is sales. As you already have experience of 3 years so i would personally suggest to go for Project Management Exam to become PMP certified.
Most public and on-public sector organizations prefer PMP certified professional and it is a boon for those who have done MBA (any field) + Exp. Believe me this PMP certification will increase 33% of your growth means huge salary and respected post that you have been looking for many times.

Since you already have an MBA in marketing, I would suggest you to go for a certificate course in the marketing field that interests you the most. Personally, I would suggest you to pursue a certification in Event Management and Public relations as it would make for a great combination with your Marketing degree. There are many educational institutes providing professional certificate courses in various fields. For example, INLEAD, Gurgaon, provides a one year certification course in Event management that makes one a certified event planner by the end of the program
