What should I do for better career prospects?
I have completed B.Sc IT in 2010. I was preparing UPSC examinations and wasted 5 years.

Most important is being a good programmer. Otherwise, big private players would not employ you. They look for programmers with good mathematics background.
I am not sure how good you are with Mathematics and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/

You devote time first, improve all your skills. Read and take notes every day, listen to famous people on YouTube for some time. Try speaking out your ideas to friends, without feeling shy. Write your diary every day. What I mean to say is that you have to improve multisided. You have to take care o
