You must not get demotivated because of your one failure. You are advised to continue with your education by first completing 10th and then 12th board. You may put extra effort and try to overcome your weaknesses in subjects you have failed in 10th. In the mean time you can continue with your JEE

You can study JEE books and appear in mock-up tests conducted by various JEE colleges.
