The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in civil services is graduation from a recognised university, but the choice of degree and subject does not matter for appearing in the examination.
So this means, you can do a Bachelor's degree from any subject.
Civil services is a very competitive exam, where only the best are able to reach to IAS cadre. In order to excel in civil services examination, you must choose subjects in which you have interest.
All the best.
