In Indian Army, the future is bright. But, you have a good hold on mathematics, English and general knowledge. SSB is very difficult. For clearing SSB, you should have a sharp spoken skills. You can prepare for current affairs and study Arihant.

To gain something, you always need to work above than average just to practice a lot focus on the syllabus deigned for written examination especially on your mathematics. NDA written contains two section Maths and GAT Paper. For Maths prepare from class 11th and class 12th Maths NCERT book and for GATE prepare from Arihant Pathfinder book for NDA. Just keep solving papers and you are done for written exam.

First, you can prepare for NDA exam. If you are 16.5 to 19 years old than SSB. It is hard to clear, but it is fruitful too for your future.

The Commission will release the NDA 2 notification 2026 on the official portal at upsc.gov.in. It will be issued on May 20, 2026. The last date to apply for NDA 2 will be June 9, 2026. 

The Commission released the NDA 1 notification 2026 on December 10. Along with the notification, the application process was started. The last date to fill the application form online was December 30. 

The Mathematics syllabus of NDA written exam consists of Algebra, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, Calculus, Statistics and Probability that is all base on 10+2 level.

The NDA final merit list is prepared based on the cumulative marks of both written exam (900) and SSB interview (900) which totals at 1800 marks.

In the written exam of NDA, Maths paper has 120 questions and the General Ability Test has 150 questions. Therefore, total questions asked are 270.
