Find out form a nearby University if there has been a guide who has got PhD done on this subject earlier. He/she will be able to give you the most proper guidance on this query.

First complete your graduation , then only you will be eligible for PhD. than ask the University where you want to apply, whether they allow the PhD in mythological subject or not.
