What should i do for visa refusal?

I am 12th pass.out in 2010 and i applied for student visa in australia for.diploma in businessbut i got refused by embassy due to improper call interview so plzz suggest. Me can i reapply

HI Amarbir, Australian High Commission normally does not call for interviews. As you have been called, this means there was some insufficiency in your visa file.
