What should I do further, after completing MBA Marketing, to pursue a career in Hotel Management?

hi , i am a hotel graduate wid 1 yr of work experience,pursuing MBA in marketing 2nd sem,have to go for S.I.P soon,my aim is to grow wid hotel industry in future,my aim/dream is to work wid abroad hotels too but what should b my next step at this stage and how should i proceed further? thank you :)
