What should I do further? I have just appeared for 12th board exams and scored 55%.

At first, you have to go for NATA from there. You will get a good college of B.Arch. -

You have scored okay but not good marks. With these marks, it would be tough to get admission an either engineering or B.Sc. I therefore would like to advise you to go for commerce or humanities for graduation.
