What should I do? I am currently on number 1 in the ST category wait list. The list has been static since June 2nd week.

It is tough if the wait list would move further. For further details you can contact the college authorities. -
MBA batch 2016-18 has already begun.As per my guess, chances of you getting converted is only if someone leaves institute for other institute. So, It's all luck. -
Session has been in place since 1 month so it is unlikely that list will move any further. So you will have to try again next year.
