What should I do, I am not able to understand the programming language?

I am a B.Tech in CSE first year student. I don't have any knowledge of programming languages.

You may follow following approaches: (a) You are advised to take immediately coaching class by attending an external OOPS programming language course. (b) You may take help of your college seniors or bright students of your class. (c) In spare time you are advised to develop small program on your PC
