What should I do? I am trying to register on the SSC website and on the tab of create password, it is asking for old password.
That usually happens. You can follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Go to Forget Password link in the loging section.
- Verify via mail or contact number.
- Your details will be displayed on the screen and you will be prompted to change the password.
- Create a new password now.
