What should I do? I have a PDF of mark sheet from the official website, should I attach it?
I've finished my XII but didn't get the marks memo. My principal said, it will be given by May 1st week but submission date will get over.

Yes, attach the results sheet which you got from online, that would be enough for admissions. Later when you join there you can submit the mark sheet.
