What should I do I have applied for PGDM core but got selected for PGDM healthcare management? I have scored 94.27 percentile in CMAT.
I am a commerce graduate.

You must have applied for Pgdm Healthcare that is the reason you have been shortlisted for it. If you don't take admission for this course then you won't be considered for further shortlist. If you haven't applied for the Healthcare course and still got shortlisted then you should contact the admini

I did not know that we don't have to fill all the information. I thought we have to arrange it according to our preference.

Well you can either drop it. If you didn't want it, you shouldn't have applied it. Put a mail to them, but rarely there will be chance that you will get core,as you have been selected for healthcare already. You can wait for further waitlist, some people did get converted from other courses to PGDM

You have to pay the fees and fill an upgradation form. If you get upgraded then good. If not you will get into the course whichever you have. Ofcourse you can cancel the admission, but some fees will cut off as per university Rules.
