What should I do? I have been detained in 2nd year of B.Tech in Nalla Narasimha Reddy Institute.
I am financially weak and the college is asking for 1 lac INR to promote me to the 3rd year.

I would suggest you to check UGC & AICTE website. and your State technical board... there must be some guidelines to take back from Any college
