What should I do? I have done B.Com and was pursuing CS-Executive level along with it but am not able to pass it even after 2 attempts.
I am interested doing PGDHRM or a certification course in HR.

Hi,
I would suggest that you go for what you like i.e
your certification courses.
But alongside that try at least once more for clearing your CS exams.
However, if you are sure enough that you don't want to pursue this, leave this altogether and focus on what you want.
