What should I do? I have given the exams of class 12th with science and have to do B.Sc now as I couldn't qualify JEE Mains (28 marks).
Also, I am not able to find good colleges for B.Sc.

You are not qualified in mains.
Now you can give entrance tests of some private universities.
You can opt for BCA,B.com etc.
you can do graduation in physics, chemistry, mathematics.
