What should I do? I have got 12640 rank in JEE Mains and have been offered a seat in IIIT-Gwalior in IT branch.

Your rank is good. You will even get IT branch in BIT-Mesra which is again a good college. You may opt for that college. But again, you will definitely get much better colleges than that. Apply accordingly. Good luck. Don't lose any chance.
