What should I do? I just passed 12th with 55% marks and want to read computer science in India.

Hello Keshav Raj,
For becoming a computer engineer, you have to pursue B.Tech (CSE). And for getting admission into B.Tech first you have to crack Engineering entrance exams like- IIT-JEE, AIEEE, WBJEEE, VITEEE, KIITEE, MH-CET, etc.
