What should I do, I think I will fail in couple of subjects in my T.Y. B.Sc? How can I get a government job?

I am pursuing T.Y. B.Sc in statistics. I have done some courses like M.Sc inIT, and C+. I can type 30-40 words in a minute. I have keen interest in maths and statistics.
