What should I do? I tried to complete my B.Sc in stats degree but couldn't clear it out but I've got a job as I sat in the placements.

    You should consult with your admission authorities whether they will let you sit for your backlogs. Once you have cleared your backlogs you can join your job without fear of backlash from your organization.
