What should I do? I want to become a software engineer.
My father is saying to do Diploma and my mother is saying to go for 11th and 12th.

If you want to become a Software Engineer Diploma in Computer Science Engineering is not a sufficient qualification which can get you a job. You are advised to do 10+2 from a recognised board then opt for B.Tech CSE/ IT, BCA of B.Sc CS/IT.
