I think you shouldn't go for MBA because as you said you aren't good in theories.

Yes, you should definitely go for CA or cost accounting (ICWA). It takes a bit of labor but it will be worth it in the end.

You should go for ICWA or CA course as it will provide you better career and job opportunity also.
