If you want to join as an officer in Indian Air Force after 12th PCM then NDA is the only option. However you can join IAF as airmen without appearing for NDA. You may refer to https://airmenselection.gov.in for further details.

You cannot join IAF if you don't opt for NDA.

There are no options after 12th for joining IAF except NDA. You need to pursue graduation and then appear for CDS and AFCAT.
