What should I do? I want to take B.Com (Hons.) in marketing but the college is providing me B.Com (Hons.) in international business.

You may not have met your college eligibility criteria of getting Marketing specialisation. International Business is also equally a good options at graduation level. It will expose you about International marketing also.
