What should I do? I would to like to study hotel management in Australia but I've heard that there is no PR after completion of this course.

Dear,
Through study visa you can't apply for PR, you need to get a job there and after some time you can apply for PR with sponsor letter of the company where you would work.

If you get a job and spend some years in the country then you can check with the embassy for the PR process.
