What should I do if I am taught in Telugu but I don't understand any of it as I am from UP?

Hello Rahul,
You can follow the following steps:
1. Contact the principal of your college
2. If not resolved, contact the university the college is affiliated to.
3. If still not resolved, you can contact UGC/ AICTE/ MHRD for resolution.
