suppose i have cracked CAT in the final year with 99 percentile can i get admission to IIMS without having work experience

The current selection process of IIMs takes into consideration a lot many factors like
1. CAT Percentile and GDPI performance
2. Academic qualifications as well as percentages
3. Work-experience (Optional)
4. Extra-curricular and co-curricular achievements
5. Certifications etc

It depends on your plans for your future. Cracking CAT is big and you must have appeared for same with an intention of getting admission in IIM's which would ultimatey fetch you a respectable job
