Feeling stressed during class 10 and 12 board exam preparation is normal, but students should not let it affect their mindset and studies. If any students feel stress during exam preparation, they should take short breaks between study sessions and try to relax. Students should not to forget follow the daily study routine and get 7 to 8 hours sleep and eat healthy food.
