What should I do if I want to continue both the paramedical course and MBBS?

You can not continue both paramedical course and MBBS course simultaneously. MBBS is a 5.5 years full time course. The MBBS programme is demanding with long hours of lectures, exams, practicals etc. So if you are selected for MBBS course you should focus on this course.
