What should i do if my college won't grant me leaving certificate for change the college after 1st year of Bsc.IT under Mumbai university ?

And 60 above percentage is sufficient for change the college after 1st year of Bsc.IT ?

Hi Anil, Procedure to change college : Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines. Procedure
