What should I do in future? Should I go abroad for further study and residence or should I do higher education in India?

I have done 12th from arts with first division and also done D.Ed and got first division in it.

Well, it is a matter of principle. I strongly suggest stay in India. Help India improve. But, it is upto you. Have you only completed a D.Ed? No UG degree? If no Bachelors then please complete one from India and then proceed abroad. I hope this helps. Thanks again.
