What should i do join NITs or join medical college with poor rank? i cant join private medical colleges!

I got 190 ST category rank in neet{all india rank}. under 15% all india quota i suppose that i will not be getting a good medical college. i also qualified jee mains and i m confident that i will get into NITs or BIT mesra with my rank. but i have interest in bio n so i want to do mbbs. what should

Go for nit and study for entrance also as u r prepared i think so but its good go for nit but if not interested then u can drop 1 year for medical u think what u want to do but u got a god option all the best
