What should I do- MBA or diploma?
I have completed my BE in electronics and Instrumentation in the year 2015 and I'm currently working in a software company. Should I go to pursue MBA with this experience or should I do diploma? I have a history of arrears (9) and my UG CGPA is 6.53.

PGDM is better, if done from reputed institutes like:
1. IIMs.
2. XLRI.
3. BITs.
4. FMS, etc. as these are all industry driven course.
You may also look for MBA abroad to have a global exposure. MBA in Indian universities are not well designed.
