What should I do next as I've got 62% (and lowest marks in maths) in 12th (PCM) CBSE? Should I take a drop for this year?

Don't take a drop as it's not necessary that you will always top. Go ahead with B.Sc-IT as it has a lot of scope for first year B.Sc. You can go to any normal college and score good marks in first year B.Sc and then, you can change in second year B.Sc to a good reputed college. ALL THE BEST
