What should I do next for a good career?

After 12th, I have done BCA and MCA from IGNOU through distance. My percentage in 10th & 12th is below 50% and in BCA/MCA is 62%. Currently, I am working in a private software firm as a software engineer and love to work with computers and technologies. I want to be a manager.

Hi, Why are you not making your career in digital marketing? It not only gives you the hike in salary and designation, but you can be your own boss.
