What should I do next to get a good job?

I have done a Diploma in ECE & want to work abroad. I am looking forward to studying further. Kindly guide me about what should I do next to get a job in any country abroad like Dubai, Australia and Istanbul.

If you complete your Diploma in ECE, then you can go for engineering that will help you to get a good job, or if you want to go abroad then you have to study more like MBA, then your chances of abroad becomes possible.
