What should I do now among going for a job and MBA?
I am 24 years old and have a BCA degree.

If you want to do a job, then you can get a job in IT field with BCA degree. If you want to learn more, then you can pursue MBA. You can do MBA through distance mode or after getting 1 year of work experience, you can pursue E-MBA as it will help you to boost your career.
