What should I do now among M.Tech and M.Sc in biotechnology?

I have done BE/B.Tech in biotechnology from UIET, Punjab University, Chandigarh with 55% marks.

Considering your score in B.Tech, I don't think it will be better idea to pursue higher studies in same field. If you have keen interest although, then you must pursue M.Tech if you are interested in technical side of things otherwise M.SC. if you are interested in research field.

You should go for M.Tech in biotechnology.

You have to given GATE test or pu CET test. The min score req to qualify both test is compulsory for admission.
