What should I do now as I have got refusal from Australia and New Zealand?
I have scored 5.5 band in IELTS.

As per those two countries requirement, your IELTS score is low. If you rejected due to your IELTS score, then you can retake IELTS and try to score 6.5 band or more. -
Evaluate and analyze why your visa has been refused previously. If you failed to meet admission requirements previously make sure you fulfill the entry requirements before applying. Google visa interview tips and try to understand what they are looking for. You must convince the university and the consulate that you are a genuine student, genuinely interested to study abroad to gain knowledge and grow your career.
