What should I do now for career growth? I completed my B.Com from DU in 2013 & working with Bank of America since last 3 years.

You can go for executive MBA after 4 years of work experience. You can look for any certification course like CFA, FRM, CFP, etc. Higher positions in the organization need managerial skills, so regular MBA can also be a good option.

MBA in finance or BFSI will be a better option as you are working in banking sector.
