What should I do now in order to get a primary teacher job (std. 1 to 5) in a govt. school? Kindly consider my scores before suggestions.
I've secured 46% marks in my intermediate and 53% marks in B.Com.

You may opt for NPTT course, Diploma in Education, or B.Ed from any good university because schools prefer the degree.
It's better if you go for B.Ed because NPTT and Diploma are also 2-year courses like B.Ed but B.Ed has more value. The minimum eligibility for B.Ed is 50-55% from DU.
