What should i do now? Need some serious advices

I took drop after 12th , i got only 79% in 12th boards. now i failed to crack jee mains , only 68 score. Too much tension i took thats the reason why i failed i believe. the thing which is done , cant be changed. so please advice me what can i do now? where i can get admission

    Following are the course options available for you other than engineering:
    - Bsc.
    - MBBS.
    - BUMS.
    - BAMS.
    - BCA.
    Besides the course mentioned above you may even consider pursuing:
    - BBA (Bachelor in business administration)
    - BHM (Bachelor in hotel management)
    - BMM (Bachelor in mass media)
    - BBS ((Bachelor in business studies)
    - BBM (Bachelor in business management)
    - BBI (Bachelor in banking and insurance)
    - BAF(Bachelor in accounting & finance)
    - BFM (Bachelor in financial markets)
