What should I do now? Will M.Sc medical microbiology offer me a good scope? How will be the future? Does MBBS offer more scope?

I completed B.Sc MLT & planning to join M.Sc in medical microbiology but when I went to join their HOD said that I wont have a good scope because of my Bachelors. He suggested me to do M.Sc MLT or hematology & blood banking.
