What should I do: pursue MBA or do job?

I am b-tech final year student. i scored 76% in 10th(state board) n 72% in 12th (state board) and 97.26 percentile in FEB MAT (2015). also i got placement in Genpact from campus recruitment. i am not sure whether i shall pursue MBA or get into job. what shall i do? please help

    Aditi, really speaking these are personal calls that you make. If you have a strong reason for doing MBA go for it, else go for the job. Only avoid BPO jobs since they don't lead anywhere.     Aditi, You better enrol for MBA Course. The logic behind is better prepare yourself before entering in to corporate world. You need to find out long term career opportunities.     Well Aditi going for a MBA degree at an early state always helps. So if your are not in need of job (earning) immediatlely then opt for MBA right away. If not then continue with your job for the next 3 to 5 years and then do MBA through Part time course or distance education.
